Shipping policy

Please ensure that you check your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours should anything be incorrect, damaged or missing.

Delivery Terms

We deliver across South Africa with the following options:

  • Free Delivery: Orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery (central areas only).

  • Flat Rate: Orders under R1500 will incur a R120 delivery fee (central areas).

  • Regional Deliveries: Additional courier charges may apply for outlying areas.

  • Large Items: Delivery fees for equipment or furniture will be quoted at checkout.

Please Note:

  • Couriers operate Monday to Friday during office hours only.

  • Drivers cannot accept cash or stock on Zaharah’s behalf.

  • Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Re-deliveries will incur an additional R120 fee.
