We reserve the right to request proof of qualification and to refuse service or cancel orders if eligibility criteria are not met.


2. Product Use

Our products are intended for professional use only. Zaharah shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper application, or adverse reactions resulting from use by unqualified individuals.


3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are processed once full payment is received.

  • Zaharah reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.

  • Free delivery promotions are subject to terms and may incur fees if products are returned.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, sealed products within 7 days of delivery.

  • No returns are accepted due to change of mind.

  • A 15% handling fee applies to approved returns.

  • No cash refunds will be issued; credits may be applied to future purchases.

All content, branding, and product designs on Zaharah’s website are the intellectual property of Zaharah and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
